From what i can see, it looks a bit all over the place if you get what i mean?

All the boxes etc need to be layed out in line with eachother.

Frankly speaking, i didnt like the template.
Its too gaudy, should be clean

The top of the actual forum bit needs to be the same height of the welcome box. The top of the google ads is not even in line with the welcome box! - IMO

Your red site startles the viewer the moment he lays eyes on it. While the forum holds all the necessary boards the viewer also at once sees the top boards of the forum which seem very ordinary. "Introduce yourself here!" more creatively: "Just Joined? Tell us about yourself!" "Suggestions & Help!" more creatively: "Mailbox!"

This is not very good it has way to much red which is not a good color for the web

Good design but red color is very harsh on the eyes and seems like shouting. Your idea is not bad. Also the top of the google ads is not in line with the welcome box.
