Design: On the header where you placed the navigations are bit dark, may be for users who uses dark less bright screens can't see it...so make it better...!!!
Usability: on the footer the navigations you placed is darker make it little brighter so that user can see in dark screens too...!!!

Domain Name is good.
Design : The header portion of the website is very good.
The Body and footer doesnot look that attractive, since the images look pixellated. I think some better images might improve the look.
Some more content will be good, not there is too much of white space ...

Strange, I don't see any pixelation on my screen. Color depth set at 16-bit.
Thanks for the input though.

Domain Name: Good
Design: Very good, because you have used light colors, although it looks kind of plain, if talking about images.
Usability: It's for each person different, some like navigation in left side, some in right side. I prefer it in left side, but in your site content, it is good.
General: Your site looks very bare, it could be fixing by making it more dynamic and/or adding more content, especially on main page. I would give rating for it 7.

The domain name is as good as any other. If you promote it properly and stick with the whole COW theme, you will probably be very successful.
I immediately knew what you were doing the second the site loaded. A+
The design is excellent although I tend to agree that the nav bar at the top is too dark. It is VERY organized making it easy to find waht you are looking for.
I think you are on to something. I have seen other sites that offer the same services but are very difficult to navigate.

Thank you for your time and feedback. The Cow is definitely what I want people to associate my site with. Just like Geico, Affleck and so on.
The home page I am working on making it to have more of a action oriented affect on it. Need to work on the white negative space somehow.
You input greatly appreciated for sure.
Thanks!

Domain Name: Like it's been asid earlier, it's as good as any other and it's great that you stick with one theme the whole time, consistency is great.
Design: I like the design very much, including the blue simple yet tasteful headers with the cow characters. The home page does look a little bit bare, but my suggestion is that you don't try to fill it up right now. Add more content and fill it up with that instead of putting multiple links to the same thing all over the home page. Also, the "darkness" that's been mentioned in the header and footer really didn't bother me, but I guess I can see how it might be harder for others. Personally, I don't think you need to change it.
Usability: I had a fine time navigating through the site.
General: You definately need some more content, but your site is one of the better ones I've reviewed. It's very impressive and you're absolutely on the right track- just a little bit more to go. Congrats!

hahaha I love the "COWCULATOR"
I cant find anything really to bash on this site about.
If I wanted to nit-pick Id say your missing content on the footer of this page
http://www.creditcardcow.com/reward_cards.php
But you probably know that. Im curious..how much do you get if someone signs up for a card?

Very nice design and I really like the cow. Your domain is good too. However make it more dynamic by adding more content, especially on main page. Your is well organized making it easy to find what you are looking for.
