V interesting. I almost sent u my Cv as an XML trainer but then remembered you were in the US. Ah well. On to the site. I like the overall look & colour scheme although links change colours & hoverover colour it works as long as they are consistently in menus or middle section. The site does feel quite packed but then its not a short topic i guess. I read through some of the tutorials (professional interest as a trainer) & they are quite easy to read through but seem a lot to look at. Look at how the tutorials in webmonkey are handled and you wills ee that they break them down a lot & have reduced other material on the screen so that a prospective delegate is not put off. People learning like to look at something that will appear user friendly - teaching or creating an environment for learning is about creating an atmosphere condusive to learning - thats nice to learn in. this html website for example is full of tutorials but the environment is nice user friendly http://www.yourhtmlsource.com/frames/inlineframes.html
just some thoughts really. perhaps when my exams are over I iwll work througha tutorial or two & look at some other stuff for u. I used the search engine. seems fine. was confused that green link text wasnt a link though. i did look at xml mania since that is where full articles were & prefer the blue header etc of that site. although still packed I liked that content was seperated in coloured background areas. & buttons at top seemed to fit better. i will be interested to see other comments.
Good luck
