What can I do to improve it?

It's a good site, love all the games!
I would make your header graphic a bit more interesting. There have been more characters than just Sonic and a PacMan ghost!

You might change the menu section and put an effort to look more professional. Check out the Geography Game - Middle East in the Most Popular menu. You should fix it.

And also games are so compact. you might put some space between them. It would be easier to follow and read the text i guess. You can aslo work on the colors.

For the menus, it just controlled by php and the database so I really can't control that.

But the colors are pretty good.

Good simple site. Nice logo too. Games are just cool. However You can change the menu section and give it more professional look.
