Website Review and Suggestions

I posted a few weeks ago asking for opinions on our new online store. I got some harsh feedback which was exactly what I needed to get in gear and make a site that is worthy of the products we sell.

I have made some major changes and still have a ways to go but I would like some feedback on the new design. Also any suggestions would be great as well. Thank you all in advance for your time!

Is http://scentagram.net/ your site? If the page is mainly aimed at girls then the colour pink was quite a good choice, are you selling other peoples products? If so good job and good luck with that, looking at you page it looks like your page is aimed at boys aswell as girls try making the colour scheme black also i think your sites going to be quite a sucsess

I haven't seen your previous design but this one looks quite good. I like the way you distinguish yourselves from your competitors on the main page. Also you bold and hyperlinks main keywords which are important for SEO.

I also recently launched my website www.MyRedPacket.com (online gift store) and still trying ways to optimized site. I believe I have decent content but it is a matter of spreading the words. Good luck !

Here are a few things I would change: The quality of the flash looks very hastily thrown together, not professional at all. The orange color you use does not work with the shades of purple on the site. The tables on the bottom of the page have that ugly grey border around each of the letters, change the color so that they blend in with the rest of the site. You can't see any words in the new product for august bar unless you scroll over it.
Instead of having the authorize.net, go daddy, ect. middle aligned and in a vertical list, it would look better if they were in a centered table with invisible borders going from left to right across one single row.

Remove your flash and just keep it as simple image with ALT tag.

For your links, make sure that it is a keyword link

Have an offer for one of your product at the right.

Have a guarantee seal or secure seal at the left to give assurance for your client when shopping

Your site seems pretty good. However, I suggest you to remove your flash and just keep it as simple image as your site is slower while loading. You have choosen pink color which shows the site is aimed at girls. Also change the color of grey border of the tables on the bottom of the page as it looks somewhat ugly.

Please don't take this as a criticism but, I would like to see real pictures of real people. When I went to the mens section there was a drawing of a woman there too. Otherwise I think your site is nice.
