1) Design - isn't too bad although the centre column should (in my opinion) be wider so it is easier to read.

2) Get a better domain! .co.nr is freebie rubbish. Your telling people how to make money yet you can't afford a better domain than .co.nr!

3) Content is fairly good.

Basically get a better domain (e.g. .com, .net etc.) and I would also advise you switch from blogger to a web host that offers something like Wordpress so you don't have the blogger link in the header.

I agree with Whym about the blogger bar, it doesn't look really professional.

Maybe you can make your title a little bit more contrasting with your header image, so it would become more readable. And I would also give the upper bottom box a bottom-margin, so it doesn't hit the browser frame, but that’s probably a rather unimportant issue.

Content is good. design is fine too. Good header image. You should make your title more contrasting with your header image, so that it would become more visible.

You have a blog about making money online, but use a free domain name and have no content, and the design is rather poor. I don't really like these sorts of sites.

I'm not a big fan of the dark green background color, kinda pushes me away from checking out whats on your site. Good luck though.

I don't see main content in FireFox. Also you don't have much graphics, and what you have should look better, including logo. Change title color on your header it's hard to read...
