Make the text on the menu at the top white. Black on dark grey doesn't really work.

Doesn't validate

Text on the side menu on hover is too small and too light, the contrast isn't good.

Black text on the top nav is barely readable - I agree, change to white or at least something LIGHT.

Text in the body is too small and you're using PX for font-sizing, which prevents IE users from resizing it if they can't read YOUR size.

I think the ads are overpowering your content.

Design-wise it's not bad, the color scheme is ok.

Updated with white fonts, looks pretty nice

Good layout and nice green header. There are too many ads out there. Also increase the size of the fonts.
