Really nice site. Excellent job.
Perhaps you could add a slight margin to the bottom of the page and why not try and make the site liquid to resize with the screen resolution?

What's up with the keywords at the bottom?

I see it is H1 tags

I hope you are not trying to use some SEO tricks here, because the search engines will pick it up.

The font is a little small - but thats a personal preference.

Solid flash, color scheme and organization.

DESIGN is nice.
CODE ... is BAD. All a mess of 1997 tables with a bone thrown in for CSS on the list -- which is embedded in a table. I'll never understand why anyone would bother with CSS and then stuff it into a crappy table for layout.

The only thing I can say about code that's good is that it validates.

The bottom text navigation is just a token too, but at least you put it in there to compensate for the complete inaccessibility of the flash navigation. You just made the text nav so tiny as to be nearly invisible.

why do you have two navigations? just stick with one.

left and right columns needs a bit more padding.
