Works great! Maybe increase the font size, because it’s hard to read the PR. Also center the goog ads on the right.

Maybe you could do a different logo, or atleast keep the circle but redo the logo text. Also add some padding to the google ads. But otherwise it looks quite good.

maybe some minor details like mentionted here before the font used in the logo
maybe the text in the footer a little bit smaller and the text divided in 2 or more lines instead of 1 line only

I think the directory looks great. I think it would work better though if you made it a niche directory for a particular market instead of just having a directory for everything.

Excellent effort buddy. Good logo. Like the reflection of the text. But you need to ncrease the font size as it is very tiring for the eyes to read.

Your site is looking good, rollovers are pretty well done. You should fix your logo, bellow letter Y...shadow is not placed well. In general pretty good site with good organization.
