Okay, the first thing that came to mind when loading this site was "there's nothing serperating the different votes".
It looks all jumbled - simply adding some lines between would make a huge difference in my opinion. Maybe even putting it inside it's own good-looking box?
Second, the sites name at the top doesn't stand out much, if I wasn't looking for it I would have missed it.
Otherwise, you have a good idea for a site - let me know when it's up!
