IMO you should work on the text size in menus, large text like you use here in menus seems like a beginner's site. The lower side is good. Also the logo is too large and you should also consider dark on light works better than light on dark when it comes to readability. However, the ad is very visible, this is good.

agreed, sort out the banner and menu and your done.

text size and the position of Google Ads need some more work

Just try smaller text for the header and meny. Logo is too big also.
Also, you could use flat text instead of the beveled text.

Move the bar up about 32 px and scale the header to taste. Have a black background for the google ads and you're set. Looks good

Well, it's quite a good design, but I think that a flat text in the header and smaller text for the menu would be much better. As for the background's color I like it despite the fact that dark on light is usually better to read and comprehend.

I don't like how your Yahoo ads cheesed up your fancy website.

The bottom section looks very Pro aside from the different text sizes in the 3 boxes.

Nice site and good effort from your side. Good design and very nice layout too. Also your background color is dark on light which is better to read and understand. However your Logo is too large and maybe you could use flat text instead of the beveled text.
