The left side of your page loaded very quickly and efficiently. It's very nice and streamlined over on that side.
The page took a long time to load the webtrackers and stats below the menu bar - try adding width and height tags to those in advance so that the text on the page will go ahead and load without waiting for the images.
On the right hand side, while directories are efficient and logical, the layout is somehow unappealing. There is a discrepancy between the menu on the left and the table on the right. The left side looks elegant and classy, while the right side looks utilitarian. Try modifying the grey of the table to something a little warmer, perhaps a rusty red of some kind with white lettering would look good.
