I like the site, but your site is not original. What would you offer your viewers that they cannot get at youtube?

I was thinking of paying user´s for each uploaded video (only self made and unique)

But I also think that i will have very high monthly costs?!?!

Tell me about it. I spend so much time convincing artists/photographers typesto allow me to try and help their carreers through exposure, while they help my site by giving me strong original content.

Well, it will be pretty hard to get happy visitors if you are just copying what YouTube does. You should add another feature that YouTube doesn't has... like... ehh... a chat or something. Well, I guess the ideas must come from you

Good layout and overall appearance. Nice stuff too. However it resembles you tube. So make it unique.
