If this is the correct site:
1) The Brands-Zone mirroring effect is not very good, it needs to fade out (strong at the top, fade out at the bottom)
2) Your left menu alignment is off, the search button is doubled (Firefox)
3) Your rounded corner "Catalog" has the menu below it too high so it is ruining the effect. Put the word "Catalog" on the graphic and then pad the menu lower.
