Website Review and Suggestions

Hello,

I would like your opinion on my template so far. Some of the links are live, i.e Events, Immigration, and Out Reach.

Keep in mind my buddy volunteered me to do this website for his church. I'm not even getting paid

, probably rightfully so.

I'm still going to add a footer at some point.

Only tested in I.E 6 and Firefox

Well, it's quite a good job, I think. This template does reflect the atmosphere of a church and I liked the colors you've chosen for it. As for adding a footer, it's a good idea as well.

It does feel churchy.

I can't comment much. It's not particularly outstanding but has the basis for a clean church site and content is well placed. It won't stand out from the crowd but it is better than many church sites I've seen. I can see you've put in the effort.

1 thing you can change, in the header, you're blending the building along with the sky. My suggestion is to not fade out the building, keep it crisp but blend in only the sky portion.

Yeah, I think it looks suitable for a church site. It serves the purpose (and the lord) and they should be impressed that you did it for them.

Fill the other pages with content and call it a day. Unless you've been bad lately, and then you should probably put in a few more hours!

I would suggest a blog but only if someone from the church or a few people from the church would be able to post something regularly.

good but google hates "under construction" stuff, get the index page sorted asap. Not critical just don't want to see Google "slap" you!
