I like it, and it seems that other people like it, too (you seem to have plenty of visitors). The only thing that hurt my eyes was the advertisement. If you decided to use Google AdSense, try to make the ads similar to your site, it shouldn't decrease your CTR. And you could also add a few page elements near the ads to make it look like the rest of the site. Though there are several discussions about ad placement on the adsense blog, and I'm not an expert, but I think you could improve this a bit.

The forum is very MU and you obviously have many fans there already.

Some things to think about:
1) the Red Black and white is a huge contrast. It hurts my eyes after reading for awhile. I know you're going with MU colors but it can be toned down for better user friendliness

2) Integrate your ads better into your phpBB tables for a more professional look and of course, they don't need to stand out THAT much.

3) Think about using transparent Gifs for pictures like that IPOD one so they can blend in better with your backgrounds. And there are much better pictures out there.

4) New Topic button color doesn't match your site and the text is right justified instead of centered or left. Probably good for Chinese but very odd for english sites.

But one problem, i cant change the ads at the top, because im on a free company and dont have enough money to move So i cant edit or remove them unless i pay. I will also work on changing them "new topic" buttons etc tomorrow Also i did look for a black background ipod image, but i never found one If anyone could find one, please post it and i will be so grateful and what bits do i need to town down, so its not too hard on your eyes.
