Ok since I know no Arabic (or barely any of it, apart from what you might occasionally pick up from a TV programme), I can't say too much.
I appreciate what you've done with combining the two languages, which seems to work out alright - I'm guessing you're not targetting an English market at all really though since I doubt Americans/British people would go for a host like this when there are so many English ones out there - if you are, then I'd suggest splitting the site into 2, with an option to change language in the header, and not having any of the other language on the language-specific pages.
Apart from all that:
1) I suggest you remove the music, since it's unprofessional and how many other professional hosts (e.g. 1and1, fasthosts etc.) have music running in the background - it's offputting.
2) Make sure the boxes line up - the 3 plans at the top should be spaced out enough so that the one furthest right is directly above the SH4 plan, and that there is no space between the SH4 plan and the end of that row - at the moment, there is what looks like another part of a box to the right of the SH4 plan.
The site overall seems to be fairly good though
