Tables are scary!
Using CSS dividers gives you a lot more flexibility and a lot less hassle.
I think your design is very nice and friendly.

You may want to make the logo more legible, if you're allowed to change it.
Top Nav: You should look into making the whole thing wider so as not to have any of the links wrap. I think it looks a bit tacky having some of the links one line and others two lines.

Did you do the vector work yourself?

Your client will be pleased.

Edit: Looking at it I realized you could shorten your links to say "about" "services" "contact", if you wanted to.

Very appealing design I really like the header picture.

Under home.html, at the bottom half of the page, there is a little menu - but it seems to link to the same page? That might be little confusing

If you're using images for you navigation, it's a good idea to always specify an alt property for accessibility purposes.

A verry nice design! You've implemented your flash very whell, but as Soap said;'Tables are scary', they indeed are.

Tables are old, and I'd suggest to use CSS for website lay-outs.
Nonetheless, nice design, good website! Good luck with it!
