- Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? Owner will administer the site. Most content is added Head Experts in the Education Center but webmaster will need to add new podcasts, articles, YouTube videos, etc daily until more people join as Head Experts.
- What is the monthly cost of running the site? 100.00 VPS hosting
- Reason for selling? Personal reasons as I can't devote to it what it needs right now.
- Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Of course - 6 months webmaster email contact included in price.
- Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? Members who registered for the site is 52, email list of about 30. Newsletters being created with new content and sent out weekly would improve these numbers drastically.
- What all does the site include? Everything: Custom template, custom scripts, all uncopyrighted content, and affiliate programs will be transferred to you.

I hate to let this site go but more important things are manifesting right now that need my attention.
