this person is a theif, he ripped me off for 700.00 telling me he had been ripped off before, then went into my paypal account and started withdrawling money... I have paypal investigating him along with ic3.gov and fraud.org ...
I have his ip and name along with his ip address. If anyone needs more information or has had the same done to them contact me at rkaiser5@cinci.rr.com
