This script, althought not the most expensive, is what I found the best. It is fully open source so you can customize the code anyway you want. Many many features. Excellent technial support via the support forums, and very easy to use.
I currently am running ads for this site on about 5-6 other sites right now. There has been a lot of money and even more time put in to this site, but just don't have the time to do the work anymore and it would be better of in someone elses hands.

There are currently around 150 members on the site.
There is a lot of time put in to this site, and a real good deal to the person who gets it. Dropping BIN down to $200 which is the price of the script by itself, plus it's already started promoting it, has 150 members, free domain, custom msn/gmail invite script, forums intergrated and much more.
First person with $200 can take it, need the time for my other sites, and don't want to see this lose any potential it started to build.
