I am selling http://www.manmindset.com as I am no longer interested in the subject matter of the website. It has a complete administration area to add, edit, and delete articles. The user base is growing slowly, but it is growing. Here are the average unique visitors per day based on month:
Feb - 5
Mar - 18
Apr - 24
May - 32
Jun - 42
It gets indexed by google with each new page added, with 37 pages currently indexed. It got 84 search engine visitors last month and is on track to get at least over 130 from search engines for the month of june.
This site currently makes about $1/day from adsense and $10/ month from self sold ad space ($40/month total), but has the potential to make more using CPA programs due to the fact that it is a very targetted male audience. Also, the adsense ads get an 11% CTR on the main page, and a 4% CTR on the article pages.
It is set up with a database and mod_rewrite
