Okay guys, I'm looking to sell a website I created but I'm not sure what it's worth.

The site is hand coded using PHP. The database is MySQL. Users submit streaming stations to include in the database and flag nonworking stations. The site is self sufficient with the exception of admin interaction with verifying new stations and removing of reported nonworking stations. The site has global appeal. I do not have the time nor knowledge on how to get it to perform better with the AS revenue, but it shouldn't be too hard for someone to convert it into a really good performer.
