I'm Looking for web design, seo, business, marketing related websites around 10 pages that are page rank 3+ looking for reasonable rates don't have to be the prettiest website, but must have all permanent links into it.

Please, check www.logosky.com and tutorials4all.com - I want to sale these sites (have no time - I am focused on other projects). Both have some revenue (google ads on T4A and 1-2 logo templates and unique design monthly on logosky)

Visitors: about 300 - 400 monthly.
