Hi, Due to the busy schedule i have in another web project, I would like to sell my Established PR3 Flash Arcade Game web site (http://www.bestarcadefree.com/) which is >1 year old. It is NOT a turn key web site, it is an established web site with high traffics and it is generating income every month ! The site has around 1600 games and videos.
It receives averagely around 5000 unique hits per month and for Oct 07, it already has 3801 unique hits. 95% US traffics.

Traffic sources (Referrers) are mainly from organic traffics such as Google search and Windows Live . It also get a lot of traffics from a few MySpace profiles (please see the screen shot here). I never advertise the web site, this could save your marketing fees unlike other web site selling in ebay which you need to spend a lot of money to advertise the site. The BEST traffics for a web site are organic traffics from search engines and MySpace user profile. But I can always share with you a few other advertising sources which you can further increase the traffics to the site :-).
Income for the site is mainly from Google Adsense. Around $ 60 from adsense per month. PROOF IS HERE (Sept 07 earning) and HERE (Oct 07 earning). I have arranged the Google Adsense code properly on the site so the CTR (Click Through Rate) is very high. Due to the site is PR3 site, I did sell a few site links on the site that gives me another $ 5 per month.
Also, there are 171 registered players on the site, you can monetize the user database there to cross-sell other products you have (such as ebooks, services and etc) to those registered users. Those are the good leads if you know how to make use of it :-)
The site uses a licensed and customized Flash Game script from http://getmyownarcade.com/, I bought the script at $ 50 and spent another $ 100 to get a freelancer to customize the script for my site and the script is transferable to the new owner. It comes with a user friendly admin page which you can use to administrate the site easily.
