Ouch, you are using php-fusion, this hurts. Anyways, it's good but with php-fusion at a cms, you will have big problems with Search engines boots, hope that someone is gonna bid on it.
Well not really, Php-nuke is outpassed, and wordpress is more for blogs than websites. I think that you should change to joomla so you will have better chances to sell it and don't forget to rewrite your urls.
For me, i am sorry but i don't think i am gonna buy it because i have other projects to take care but i am just giving you advices to selll your website.
