Hello,

The site is design, developed and waiting for a person with vision! www.old2sold.net. The name is excellent and the site has plenty of potential; however other projects are preventing me from going further.

The site has a robust admin. section and really...no programming experience is needed. I'll set-up the data base and upload the site to your server if needed.

Now, if buying is NOT for you then I will lease the site to the right and honest person (entity). I want to be hands off and I'm willing collect a percentage revenue. But, this approach is only for the serious and I'm not willing to negotiate with counterfeits.

Money is made from each sale, banners (has a banner program) and Google Adsense.

Keep in mind that you do NOT have to use the same script that I have; however the site is there and once it creates income a different script can be used. The domain is the KEY to this site and it has a lot of potential.

PS I should add that this site is spanking new! No income as of date; however the income is endless for the right person.

I wanted to add this image of the admin section of the site. You can see it has many categories with additional sub cat. for enhancement.

I'm using Dreamweaver to enhance the site; however again no programming skills are needed.

Keep in mind you set-up your Payapl account and that's how you're paid.

There are probably over 40 sub cat. in the admin section and too many to list. You have complete control over the site, including ban IP, newsletters, meta tags, payments, language, ban users, new cat., header design, polls, articles, news, banner ads and so much more to make this site successful.

I have added adsense to show where the banners can be positioned.

Thank you; however I'm not sure I understand the question. The auction site is an obvious script and it may utilize smarty...not 100% sure. However, the admin. section is very robust. Many changes can be made with a click of the mouse.

If you were referring to ipranked.com, right now we are not using a script. In June, ipranked.com was similar to youtube; however due to expenses (server etc.) we have changed our look and format. Right now we are looking for investors to offer seed money so we can continue with ipranked.com. But, we have a vision that will be unique and different from youtube. The name ipranked.com is an ULD that has a lot potential and it (the name) has received rave reviews. In April, we (my company) was offered $10,000 for the name and I turned it down quickly.

With that being said, ipranked.com is not for sale.
