I recently started this site with the intent to build it up but unfortunately i need cash so i'm listing it for sale.

The site is run off of Wordpress and has a theme which i made so it is completely unique to the site. Currently there are 5 unique tutorials which were also written by me. There is no traffic or revenue as i have only just started the site and havn't advertised it yet.
If some one buy's the site withing 24hours i will write another tutorial for the site for free and make a few minor modifications to the site if needed for free!!
The domain is registered at name cheap and expires on Tue 11/04/2008 so there is almost a year left on it!
