The above domain is available for lease or purchase. As the site is adult content I won't post the URL but suffice to say that Googling those two words will bring it up as the first organic link.

Site receives around 50,000 page impressions PCM.

I'm more than happy to provide traffic proof but only to serious prospects.

I have MySQL tracking data going back 2 years and AW stats also.

As for price, I apologise but I am not prepared to make any offers here as it's wholly in the interest of the prospect to make an offer that's sensible. This is a working commercial site that has a potential to receive 2-3,000 hits daily (with the right marketing) and can generate a lot of income (for the right investor).
