Reason for Selling: I have completed my education and have got a full time job.
Revenue averages around $725 a month.
Have placed it on auction at SP, present bid is at $1000 and the auction will end in 13 more days.

Currently hires 4 writers, information and an introduction of the new owner with the writers is a given.
Requires as little as 1.5 hrs a day, that too for distributing work.
