I'm selling an established software website.
Running since November 2006.
Before June-July 2007, it brought $1400-$1450/month with an adwords campaign of $250-$260/month
After, I got more traffic and disabled adwords. It brings about $1200/month.
Traffic stats are on the site and I can provide payment screenshot.

Looking to sell in the $6000 area, so if you don't have that kind of money, don't bother much...
