I have those two unique templates that I have made. They both come with their respective domain and content.

The previous bidder didn't showed up again so I am selling them for 14.99$ each instead of 24.99 each, it's a 10$ rebate.

Don't loose your chance to get them, the templates are quitly good you will regret to don't have them.

It's only 14.99$ each, payment with paypal and would be appreciated if the payment is within the 24hours.

Domain registred with Name.com and expire in November 2008.

How does the site generate income: It don't really make money because i just want to sell them.

Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner: Sure, i am gonna send all the files in a zip file when there would be a winner for the auction.
What all does the site include: The domain and the template( i have lost the psd, sorry)

Yes Astawicki really sorry, both sites are sold to Mandava but if the process is aborted with him( wich i don't wich i swear it Mandava), you are gpnna be next on my list.
