The site is more or less than 5 months old and the domain is more than 2 years the old content of the site is also an article directory but I have decided to change the script and content 5 months ago.
The script used here is my own script, where article writers can submit their articles. There is an admin where you can control the content of the site, also a member area where they can add or modify their articles.
The site is averaging 100+ unique a day. Not much income yet.

Yes domain is included and everything in the site
The site is hosted at my dedicated server (at http://surfspeedy.com/)
The buyer will send the payment first then I will push the domain to his/her namecheap.com account for free I will help him/her to transfer the site content to new server.
