To be honest you just get the impression its one of those 'made for adsense' type of sites.

Unless you get a whole load of traffic then I personally dont think you'd get anything near your stated estimation.

Well its not my estimating price as i said previously dnscoop.com tool is giving this value thats way i said ( smartpagerank.com is also giving a very high price ofcourse which is not)

It's impossible to estimate value without knowing how much money a website is generating and how much work is required.

without the traffic log and ads revenue report, it's hard to estimate.
