- Approximately monthly page views and/or unique visitors? - Can't remember figures for last month as the stats reset each year but so far this month it has received 126 unique visitors and over 1315 page views. I can provide proof of the stats if required.
- How does the site generate income? How much? - Only from Adsense, and probably about $10 per month. I think with correct marketing and SEO it could create a lot more but I simply don't have the time.
- Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? - I created the site and it doesn't take a lot of time to update. The only thing which gets updated really is the blog (which is the news section).
- What is the monthly cost of running the site? - The domain is paid for up until 29th October 2008. There are no hidden costs involved with the site.
- Reason for selling? - I am going traveling next month and won't have the time to update it. I also used to work in the mapping field and have recently decided to take a break from it.
- Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? - Yes
- Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? - No newsletter or subscribers unfortunately.
- What all does the site include? - Everything minus the forum. It will be difficult to transfer and doesn't have many posts.
- Asking price for the site? - Offers. (Sorry if this is breaking the rules but I haven't a clue what this sort of site is worth). I appreciate its very new and am keen to get rid so PM me with an offer.
