I'm sure I'm going to kick myself later for this, but my finances have forced me to sell a site that I haven't had the chance to devote time into like I'd wished.
CreditDeals.com was established in 1999 is a totally original credit card "suggestion" site which generates income from Adsense and by referring applicants to credit card companies (NCSReporting, Sunspotweb, CommissionSoup, etc).
Every single word on the site and the blog is custom written by me or my writer, and...I'm including a script that is COMPLETELY UNIQUE - a free rent vs. buy calculator.

I hand coded that myself for a class project.
The site runs on a shared server and there is little maintenance required. The pages can be changed to offer actual cards (and increase conversions), but...like I said I got too lazy.
As for income, there's some but not a whopping amount. I used to get 2-3 referrals minimum a month with a pay of $40 per referral, but that has dwindled since I let the site sit. Adsense pays around $1.50 per click which is awesome. I just added Adsense a few days ago, and have already made a few dollars.
The site has also been SEO'd and gets traffic from Google, Yahoo and MSN.
Traffic is of high quality and at around 1500 visits/month (with no work).
The right person will take this site and turn it into the money churning machine it was meant to be.
