This site is a one of a kind website, vey unusual and original idea, taking on a very large project and no longer have time for it. About 8 months old is well representative in the search engines, in fact number 1 in yahoo and msn in relationship over and relationship over articles and breat up site.
Site is a PR2 and has hundreds of links, due to a server crash (thanks fatnetwork who manage to crash both my reseller account in a 2 week span)
Alot of the stats of course were wipped out, but averaged upto 120 uniques a day in December, since the site went back online (down 4 days) it is averaging around 60. This traffic is organic and other then article submissions no promotion has ever been done with this site.
There is 5 ways to make income candy section (Have 2 vendors that **** out the products for you about a 40% profit, and the flowers section is also sent out by a online florist and profit range from $5 to $20 per order.
Then there is the nasty basket secion, half the items again come from a vendor who dropships and the baskets I make myself, again with about a 30% profit margin.
Then there is the affilate relationship experts (live) which gives you upto $100 per sign up. And of course google could be added as well.
The site had prior to the crash had cheaters call service for 24.99 I called their unsuspecting spouse to send free flowers to who ever they like, left it off dont have time for 3rd party calls anymore, but average about 2 cheaters call services a week.
The site income was over $2000 since October. The site is a one of a kind site, the forum section must be replaced (doing that today) but so much more can be done with this site. MEGA POTENTIAL Great domains RelationshipOver.com .net .info go along with the sale.
I will give the buyer option for me to make nescary changes to the site to represent you interest, add google, change baskets, additions or deletions etc.
Paypal screenshots are available and also the last 2 weeks traffic (prior to the crash) there is a few things that need adjusting, but this site can be a major money maker with the right owner. The Article sections is missing alot of articles (need to put back up) and there is also a ebook section that will be added today which also brought in income.
