- How does the site generate income? How much? My site does not earn income because I have not placed ads on it
- Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? People Submit articles to my website only time used was promoting and checking mail and requires about 30 minutes a day
- What is the monthly cost of running the site? Run on my server and about 6 dollars a year for domain
- Reason for selling? Do not want anymore and have bigger projects to be working on

- Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? RSS and not many subscribers maybe 10 have not really tried promoting

The site has a lot of potential and is a good start off for a website it gets a good amount of visitors and with some articles here and there and more promoting the site will become a hit.
