- How does the site generate income? How much?
The website has been recently monetized to get income from three different sources. The new monetization went live less than week ago. This site is monetized with Google Adsense, ClickBank Commission on a related ebook, and through the rights and selling of a golf ebook. Very little income has been made with Adsense and the new website was just made live.
- Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?
Currently I am using content pulled from Article directories. This website new content can be written and the time varies by article. You can easily create new pages for the website and add them to the Site Map so search engines can find them more easily.
- What is the monthly cost of running the site?
Standard hosting costs. I personally use a company that charges only $7.95/month for unlimited domains. I can set you up with this company.
- Reason for selling? I don't have the time to grow this business effectively, and need to sell to also pay some unexpected medical bills.

I will transfer the domain name and setup the website as it is now for the new owner.

The website does not currently have an ezine or newsletter, but that can be added.
- What all does the site include?
The website includes the domain name, the HTML files, the search engine friendly design. The domain name is older and with some good marketing this website can rank fast in the search engines.
- Asking price for the site? $200. I will consider other offers though.
You are purchasing this business for the potential here, and I am not willing to give this business away for an unreasonably low cost. I will sell the business to the highest offer after 5 days of being listed if the offer is over my reserve which is relatively low for this process.
Look at the easy to remember domain name, the well monetized website, the older domain name, and other pieces that can be added to this business.
