Your site is not worth nearly 2500 dollars. I'm sorry but my arcade site was getting 150-200 uniques per day in its first month. You should take a look at other sites selling with similar numbers as yours, check their prices, and compare. For a site with a price like that I'd expect to see much more customization. Just my two cents. Good Luck.

Base on how many people online you be rank 50k or even 10k. Based on other forum
with that many people online.

From what I know of Alexa your rank depends on how many people have the browser tool bar installed.

Not everyone has the Alexa toolbar installed and plus I could sit at his website and keep on refreshing the page, this will lower his rank. So Alexa isn't the best way to analyze a site.

It is worth no more than $150 lol. Income is not steady and is very low. These kind of sites are not in high demand so will only go for 2 or 3 times monthly rev.

how do you know how much revenu I am making and weither it is steady or not? If you had read the posts above you would have seen how much the software cost / hosting / posts / threads / members / revenu / and traffic you will see that the site is worth alot more than 150 scabby dollars.

I think $600 is a resonable offer.

The traffic and backlinks you have are most of that valulation, the forum doesnt have that many threads and posts so $600

Backlinks mean nothing, it is the forum activity. For example if you have 10k backlinks and a low post count then it is a useless way to value a site.

well backlinks dont mean nothing, they are a very good aspect of getting your site out there.. though inthis case yes forum activity is the important factor.. and its very low here.. no way worth the asking price

See that’s where you are wrong, I believe my offer is a good one. And if you will just take some time, and make yourself a decision tree, you know so you can weigh the pro’s and con’s of my offer, I think you will see things my way.
