All these sites are making money, and are or have been submitted to all major search engines, they have been around for more than a year, and come with current databases and code, everything you need.
All sites are currently hosted and if purchased you get 1 months free hosting after that hosting will cost $10 a month, not a lot really and good solid hosting I have never had any problems with down time. Some sites are on a Plesk system, so very easy to manage.
They have all made me money, from various things, Google Adsense etc, but it all goes into the same pot so I can not provide proof of any specific website.
