www.WebHowTos.com -- PR 1 after only a few weeks live, I have about a dozen PR 5+ incoming links from other webmaster related sites for it and tons of PR 3's and 4's as well, which is why Google ranked it so quickly I think and should help to improve the PR in Google's next update as well now that there's more content.

1324 page views in April, 6541 so far for May.

AdSense, 2 other similar ad streams and banners selling my own HTML Editor software. Roughly $35 so far.
6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?
I pull article content from a publishing site, reprint rights are provided. It takes about 10 minutes to add 3 articles and update the site's RSS/XML Newsfeed.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site?
The current hosting plan is $6 monthly ($5.31 if you pay in 6 month blocks), or can be moved to buyer's own hosting elsewhere. No other costs associated with running the site.
8. Reason for selling?
I created this as a project to build a custom php/mysql CMS system for an articles based site with a newsfeed. The entire CMS is custom made and updating the Newsfeed is a single click action when you add articles. Now that the site is up and running smoothly, I have no real interest in keeping it, so figure it's a good starter for someone else who wants a webmaster resource type site.
9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Absolutely. PHP/mySQL required, cPanel hosting is optimal but not required.
10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
No, just the RSS/XML Newsfeed.
11. What all does the site include?
All content, Domain Name and custom CMS system.
