Site Description?
I was going to start a webhosting newsletter; however my new project plans leave no time. The site is designed, setup, and fully functioning. This is the ideal site for anyone wishing to start a hosting newsletter or magazine - or something else hosting related.
It is currently run off of Drupal with submissions and signups being e-mailed to the admin. It is setup to receive advertisement payments via paypal.

I develop and admin the site, if buyer decided to keep site as a hosting magazine then they can decide how much time/effort they wish to put into it.
