The webmaster takes care of everything. The software pretty much runs itself.

However much you pay for hosting. I can not supply you with the hosting account, you need to make your own.

Lack of funds for advertising, I've got another project I'm working on now.

I will move HexJournals to whatever host they choose and move the domain too.

The site has a weekly newsletter that was displayed on the website which discussed news with HexJournals and the tech world.
11. What all does the site include?
It includes: the HexJournals website, HexJournals installation script, a backend to easily suspend blogs that violate the Terms of Service, and about 70-80 hosted blogs as well as some of the most powerful and unique blog software out there. I will also include the alpha versions of a new version of HexJournals that you can finish developing. It's a huge foundation and has by far more features than any other blog platform, but it'll be up to you to finish it.
12. Asking price for the site?
$2,000 or best offer.
Note:
The reason the numbers are so low is because of lack of advertising. If you can afford advertising you definately have a shot at being a big blog service.
