5. How does the site generate income? How much? We sell genuine expired domain traffic. When a customer buys traffic, you just have to order the traffic from the wholesaler (we'll give you our reseller account) and send them their login details. It's really low maintenance. How much? I don't have money to put into SEO. With a google adwords trial, we got a sale every day, so you can see the potential there!
6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? Very, very little time required. Literally, check email and send reply. You only have to do stuff when you get paid, and even then, not much.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site? Hosting is £15 a year, and that's it. Of course, you have to pay for advertising, but that would come right back.
8. Reason for selling? Don't have the money for SEO or advertising. Shame, as I could've had a steady income.
