This is post is for the sale of a custom coded web application. This is more of a web application than a website. Almost everypage is dynamically generated. The application also includes the code for a bookmarklet, which works in IE, FF and safari.

The best part of the web application is that it takes no time to add content. The site was custom built for ad-sense, so we allow for members to add their data easily. We also included tagging which ofcourse is very popular currently.
So the premise is- people backup their content such as reviews and blog posts. they can also tag their content so its easily organized. This process is expedited using the bookmarklet. So the members win because they get to organize and store their content easily and you win by putting up adwords on the content.

for serious inquires please email me at upper89{at}hotmail{dot}com

2. URL of site
This site abides by the Terms and service of this forum. However, I will only disclose the URl of the site to serious inquires who email me. This is because of the nature of the web application (members store their content) .

3. Age of site
This application has been online for approx 5-6 months. I have not promoted I just put it up and emailed a few people about it, and havent done anything with it since.

4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor
I dont know te number of unique vistors, the stats page does say that the page views are: 4,334 for the first 3 weeks of august. However, that seems high to me, I suspect most of that is web crawlers.

5. How does site generate income? How much?
This site produces zero income, but it was built with ad-sense in mind. More people need to join before adsense is a worthy option.

6. Who develops content and how much time does it require?
This is the best part of the web application. It requires zero time, everything is member submitted. members submit their content because of the persistent storage (storing text is cheap) and the ability to organize their content via tags. So once you get a userbase up, the members will do all the work.

7. Reason for selling
-Im a developer and not a promoter. I created what I think is an excellent usable web application, however, I do not know how to promote it.

8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Yes

9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
No

10. The asking price for the site.
Im asking approx $2900 for this custom coded web application. When this application was first started I would never have thought about giving it away at this price. However since I have failed with respect to promoting I cannot justify a higher selling price.

If you already have some sites that generate traffic then this could be huge for you, as you could promote to your members. However if you don not know how to promote a web apllication (like myself) then this web application may not be for you.

if you serious about purchasing and would like the URL of the web application or if you have any questions, please email me:
