Hello, I finally decide to sell my site www.warbugs.com, because I dont want bother about webmastering anymore.
I attach a copy of an email I sent to people who are buying websites :

I got much affiliates already, I just dont want spen time in websites anymore.
I can get actie members and usefull / skilled members to come, but not now, I have exams, but I can do it if you want.
I d like to be paid via check ( I live in france ) and I m requesting for the whole site ~100$. If thats too much, we can negociate about it.

Its a good site but I got scared off by the use of the Times New Roman font on the homepage.

I think your problem is traffic. You only have 19 members on your forums. Most people buying websites are looking for already high traffic well built up big community sites (or idiots such as the people who buy on those $50 templates on eBay

).

By 'getting people to come' are you talking about getting some friends to drop by and make a few posts or promoting the site to a whole new audience?

The members arent much because I changed the topic of the site very recently.
Before it was about free clan hosting, I had over 300 members, and 70% was very active.
I m working on egamers.org, a clan hosting site, but I need to pay a forum license from woltlab.de for do it. The license is 100$, if someone wants buy warbugs for a lower than100, I ll complete, but I dont have the whole 100.
About the font : yeah you can change it, as you want

But for remind you I gave up about it and thats why there is no members, no news etc...
What I m selling in fact is the idea of the site, the grafix and the domain.
