I am thinking of selling http://freephotopost.com I can't afford a dedicated server for it and it needs it. I am not really wanting to sale but if I can get a good price I will. So minimum price is $500 make offers. It has over 340+ members over 10k images hosted and get alot of traffic so make a offer please.

Ok any offers? Site get several hundred unigues a day and make's good money using google ads? I had a offer for $150 already anymore offers I will consider all?

As for the legal issues I have not heard a word from photopost at all. I think they can care less now. Because I know alot of people that use like say googleforums.com etc. But yea like I said I have got nothing from photopost besides the one time I emailed them asking about it and after that nothing. I don't think they really care anymore but anyway it is still for sale. Highest bid now it like $200 thanks.

Can you be more specific and tell us EXACTLY what the issues are ??

There is no issues. Or as far as I know there isn't before photpost said my domain had there name in it or photopost. But I told them to send me more info etc and I would let my laywer see it etc and no reply and that was month and months ago. I think they can careless anymore because there is alot of site's like that like googeforums googlecommunity etc and they don't get bothered. I really don't want to sale it to much because it is my best site no most trafficed site etc. And ranks good in yahoo etc. But I am tired off managing the site because people keep uploading adult images and I am tired of removing them and now more than ever I am more and more busy because I know have a hosting company to manage and I can't do both so I am selling it.

When I owned the site FreePhotoPost.com I recieved a Cease and Desist order for PhotoPost.com.

I recently recieved an email from the President/CEO of PhotoPost.com who offerred me $150 for the domain name only. By that time 7 months had passed and I had sold the site to Shane.

Well, that is all I know. The site was a very busy image hosting site when I owned it. I sold it mostly because it ate up so much band width. The PhotoPost thing was always in the back of my mind as well.

I have asks on alot of forums. I also contacted some legal people and I understand that photopost can not do anything, why because it is not wrong to own a trademark domain if you use it properly I am talking about the fair use trademark law. So as long as I don't try to act like them etc I will be ok according to it. Also I told them to send me mail to the house and I would hav a lawyer look at it and they never sent it I think they are just trying to scare me lol.
