How does the site generate income? How much? No real income, as haven't realy tried to generate income, has google ads running, but this generates almost nothing.
Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? All done by myself, but I have spent no time on this for at least a year. Only requires cheats being added to the Access database to update the content.
What is the monthly cost of running the site? Only uses less theb 300MB of transfer and less than 50MB of diskspace so very little. I could offer hosting at $5/month for this site if needed.
Reason for selling? Just don't have the time to work on it.
Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? As much as needed.

The gameswaps.com site has never been developed but was origionaly intended to be used as a game swapping site (duh!) could still be a good idea.
