The site is using a script custom done by a programmer for me, this sell includes the domain, db, design, and a license of the script for webhostinghall.com plus an extra one for any other site you want.
Categories, Poll, Reviews, Companies, plans, Top 10 hosts, etc Everything is managed through the admin control panel, the registered companies also have a control panel to add/modify/delete plans, view reviews, etc.
The monthly cost of running this site is only the hosting.
